not what I wanted
As previous reviewers have noted, one can turn on the app and walk, but it stops running if the phone is put to sleep or if any other function of the phone is used.
So one can turn it on, go for a walk, and count the steps.
But one cannot leave it running in the background and check at the end of the day to see if a target count like 10,000 steps was reached, which was my hope, and which is the way a good $10 pedometer functions.
