Good App but what is iTunes doing?!?!?!?!

The problem I had with this app was in the "diary", the saved info would blur when I scrolled through the list that was more than one screens worth full. Now that I tried to reinstall it I am getting a message "this application is no longer available" yet here it is listed in the iTMS and I dont sync my iPod touch since I save ALL my apps on my computer. Would be nice to know whats going on or get a refund for something I can no longer use.
